- Bioscience Institute has a direct relationship with its customers, it does not outsource its services, nor does it avail itself of commercial companies or intermediaries who would be unable to offer the same guarantees.
The value of cord blood stem cells is such that a careful assessment of the guarantees and responsibility limitations is called for as regards the company offering the cryopreservation service. The sole and actual guarantees that a company can offer its customers consist in the resources deployed to conduct its work, with which it responds concretely and directly (investment, stock capital, shareholders).
